Published on 29 Jan 2020 / In Security & Protection Software

Kaspersky Security Center 9.0 allows creating standalone installation packages. It is an executable file that can be run on a local host without using Kaspersky Security Center 9.0. You can place it on a web server, send by email or otherwise deliver it.

In order to create a standalone installation package select Repositories then an installation package in the Installation packages section and open its contextual menu. From here you can start the New installation package wizard.

In the first step of the Wizard you have to choose whether to install Network Agent along with the application. If you choose to install it, you will then be asked to select a group for transferring the hosts on which the standalone package will be installed.

After completing the Wizard, a new standalone package will be strored in a subfolder inside the Administration server shared folder. Its path can be found in the corresponding field.
