How to install patch_pf96 to fix -Not scan for a long time- status message

Although the Virus scan task finishes successfully on a workstation, its status in the Administration Console is displayed as Not scanned for a long time.

Install private fix 96 (pf96) patch on the affected computers. To get pf96 patch, please submit a Technical Support request.

To install pf96 patch on the affected computers, please follow the guidelines of article KB 8755.

Please note: the patch is to be installed on client computers only.
